How Will My Sponsorship Funds Be Utilized?
Corporate sponsorship monies help LYPA -- an organization which provides emphasis on personal, civic and professional development for local professionals between the ages of 21 - 40 --  remain a minimal dues organization. This encourages all young professionals to participate, regardless of their financial situation. As the membership grows, and the need for a greater diversity of professional development and networking opportunities arises, sponsorship monies will insure that our members continue to receive quality opportunities for growth as young professionals.

LYPA is currently 100% volunteer supported, but incurs costs associated with our website and administrative support of our committees: Membership, Community Involvement, Professional Development, and Communications. Therefore, unrestricted sponsorship monies are our greatest asset!


What Levels of Sponsorship Does LYPA Offer?
LYPA hosts many events throughout the year, many which incur costs.  We are currently looking for sponsors for all events.

LYPA Rising Stars
The Rising Stars program is designed to honor individuals under the age of 40 who are emerging leaders in the Lexington community. Started in 2003, the goal of Rising Stars is to honor those young professionals who have dedicated much of their time to making Lexington a better place to live. It is our hope that by recognizing these unique individuals, they will value the importance of continuing their careers in the Lexington area and continue to give back to the community in so many different ways.  Please click the link below for more information on Rising Stars and levels of sponsorship. 

 

 

 

LYPA Annual Golf Tournament
We are already making plans for our 5th annual golf tournament in August.  As always, we rely on companies in our community to help make this fundraiser a success.  We are asking local companies to consider a hole sponsorship for $250. Sponsorship of a hole at the event will mean you will get your company name/logo on a sign at the hole and you will also be included on our large sponsor sign that will be present at the registration table. In addition, your logo will be displayed on our Sponsorship page on this website.  With an anticipated 100 players, your exposure to local professionals is great.  If sponsoring a hole does not interest you, we are also accepting donations for door prizes and giveaways.


Monthly Luncheons
Each month, LYPA hosts a luncheon featuring a speaker from a local business, civic or philanthropic organization.  Past luncheons have included speakers from organizations such as Keeneland, UK Athletics, Lexington Arts and Cultural Council and the United Way.  Through these luncheons, our members are able to gain insight into organizations they previously knew little about.  As we welcome new organizations in 2007, your sponsorship would help to cover the costs of these events.  As a sponsor of this event, your company will be featured as the sponsor in weekly e-news announcements leading up to the event, listed as the sponsor at sign-in at the event, and your logo will be displayed on our Sponsorship page on this website.  We will also allow a representative to give a brief introduction of your company at the luncheon.  You may sponsor a luncheon for $100, or sponsor a quarterly series for $250.

Monthly Socials
Our monthly socials allow our members to meet and greet in a more relaxed atmosphere.  While many still find the time to network, this gives everyone the opportunity to relieve some stress and get to know their fellow LYPA members in a less formal setting.  A few times throughout the year, our community involvement committee is involved and we hold a charitable social event (past events include our annual Firefighters Toy Drive, Humane Society Benefit and Bowling for Hunger).  As a sponsor for our most popular event of the month, your company will be featured as the sponsor in weekly e-news announcements leading up to the event, listed as the sponsor at sign-in at the event, and your logo will be displayed on our Sponsorship page on this website.  You may sponsor an individual social event for $100, half a year for $500 or a full year for $750.

E-News
Each week, LYPA sends an email newsletter to over 500 young professionals in the area.  This newsletter is the main form of communication with our members.  If your company would like to reach this targeted demographic, an E-News sponsorship is for you.  Monthly sponsorship is $50, quarterly is $150 and a yearly sponsorship is $250.
