LYPA Happy Hour at Bar Louie

Come join other members of the Lexington Young Professionals Association at our first Happy Hour of 2010. We will be meeting in the private dining room at Bar Louie in Lexington Green just off of Nicholasville Road.  Bar Louie has food and drink specials for Happy Hour until 7, and nightly specials every day of the week after 7.

This is a very informal event, so come as you are after work to meet and socialize with other young professionals from the Lexington area. If you
just joined or have never been to a LYPA event, feel free to stop by see what it is all about.

Big Brothers Big Sisters Bowl for Kids Sake
[Saturday, Mar 13th, 2010 - Sunday, Mar 14th, 2010]
Bowling and volunteer opportunities are available. We need people to count money throughout the event both Saturday and Sunday. We also need 15-20 bowlers on Sunday March 14th at 4pm. Contact Allyson Foster if you would like to be involved.

New Member Orientation

6pm at Pazzos on South Limestone (parking in back)

Come join the Steering Council of the Lexington Young Professionals Association to hear more about LYPA and how you can get involved and make the most of your membership. This is also a great chance to meet a few other new members of LYPA in a very informal setting. We will start the meeting at 6pm and it should not last more than 30 minutes. Free food and drinks will be provided.

Lexington Young Professional Mayoral Forum
[Monday, Mar 29th, 2010 5:30 am - Monday, Mar 29th, 2010 7:30 am]
Join us on March 29th at the Crowne Plaza Campbell House as we host Lexington's mayoral candidates for an evening of networking and discussion.

Each of the candidates will be introduced and asked to present their visions for the future of Lexington as it pertains to young professionals. The candidates have also agreed to answer any questions you may have on particular issues.

This is a great opportunity to meet and learn more about Lexington's mayoral candidates. If you're interested in building a better Lexington, this is the perfect opportunity to become involved!

Tickets are $20 for LYPA members, $25 non-members
Ticket includes open bar and hors d'hoeuvres.
